A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Associate for the Loan Administration and Compliance team. The role involves managing loan portfolios, assisting with closings, and ensuring compliance in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and a university degree in related fields. The position offers a salary range of $60,000-$85,000 plus bonuses, with benefits including vacation time, health coverage, and educational support.
We’re partnering with a high-performing private commercial real estate lender to support the search for an Associate to join their Loan Administration and Compliance team. With a growing national portfolio and a focus on first and second mortgage financing, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to complex real estate deals and work alongside an experienced and entrepreneurial team.
The successful candidate will support the end-to-end administration of the mortgage portfolio, including loan closings, due diligence, compliance, and ongoing servicing. The role also offers opportunities to assist with underwriting, market research, and internal process improvements.
About the Opportunity:
Working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll help manage active and pipeline loans, maintain detailed loan records, and ensure the timely flow of critical documentation. This is a dynamic position that combines operational rigour with cross-functional collaboration and offers room for growth in the real estate lending space.
