Gulf Operators is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quarry Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of one of our quarry sites. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production of aggregate materials while maintaining compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all quarry operations including drilling, blasting, crushing, and hauling.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of quarry personnel and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain equipment and infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet production goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure site integrity and safety.
• Train and develop team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
