About the Role

Quality & Compliance Manager to lead our client's quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a key leadership role where you'll manage a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain a strong quality culture across the organization.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the Quality Management System, audits, compliance, and process improvements. If you’re passionate about quality, skilled in problem solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Oversee internal audits, corrective/preventive actions, and compliance activities
  • Support cross-functional teams with quality tools, training, and documentation
  • Analyze data and trends to drive improvements and reduce variability
  • Lead and coach a team of quality professionals, fostering accountability and growth
  • Prepare for and support external audits and inspections
  • Collaborate with leadership to set quality goals, track performance, and align strategies
  • Maintain a strong floor presence to support operations and resolve quality issues in real-time
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, risk management, and process validation
  • Hands-on experience with tools like FMEA, SPC, CAPA, PPAP, and Six Sigma
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Lean/Six Sigma training or certification is an asset
