Scrawlr is a company building a software platform and series of products dedicated to enabling alternative forms of communication layered on existing internet content, together with delivering superior monetization flexibility and content ownership for content generators. Summary

We are seeking a recent university graduate who is looking to build their QA experience and join a fast‑paced startup. This role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have some experience in both manual and automated testing, as well as exhibit high levels of ownership, transparency and analytical ability. The role requires the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, respond to technical challenges quickly and to problem solve without direct supervision. You’ll be expected to research industry leading standards, proposing and justifying these procedures to improve Tenant Business’ testing workflow.

Responsibilities

Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Close collaboration with engineering and product to develop and maintain a testing framework.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify product defects, implementing new automation tools and workflows where relevant.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
  • Document test results and maintain testing documentation.
  • Uphold QA best practices including enforcing test standards, processes and tools across the team.
Required Skills or Experience
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning and defect management
  • Familiarity with Playwright, Puppeteer, and React like frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical details.
Nice to Have Skills or Experience
  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as ClickUp.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into GitHub Actions and CircleCI.
  • Familiarity with Postman or alternative API testing tools.
Compensation
  • $62,000 - 75,000 per year base salary
Position Type
  • Nature: Permanent, full‑time, and in person
  • Time Commitment: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required
