Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in property accounting.
  • Experience with property management software is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting for assigned residential properties.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements and assist with budget preparation.
  • Ensure accuracy of tenant ledgers, vendor payments, and owner reports.
