Project Manager (Licensed Architect) – Architecture & Retail Projects - Toronto

Experience: 8+ years | Reports to: CEO / Principal of Canada

A client-facing leadership role, ideal for someone with proven experience managing multiple projects from concept through to construction, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with global Retail brands, overseeing everything from scheduling and documentation to consultant coordination and code compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage schedules, deliverables, and budgets
• Act as the technical lead on design detailing and building code compliance
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee site surveys, feasibility studies, and preparation of design and permit packages
• Ensure design aligns with client standards and landlord requirements
• Contribute to internal resource planning and proposal development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Licensed architect in a Canadian province
• 8+ years of relevant architectural experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Smartsheet
