Join Canam as Project Manager in our residential and multi-residential division, where you will have the opportunity to lead various projects across North America from start to finish. Your negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills will be put to good use in this role where you will be responsible for orchestrating all business relationships with clients, engineers, architects, drafters, production, procurement, subcontractors, and the construction site.

Qualifications
  • University degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 3 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings and understanding engineering standards (CISC)
  • Bilingualism in spoken and written English and French, as you will be interacting with colleagues from across Canada and the United States
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout Canada and the United States
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary and manage on-site activities on a rotating schedule (e.g., 10-4)
