Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital signage projects (video or interactive)
• Visualize projects and know how to execute them
• Work with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage and carry out different projects in accordance with a specific schedule
• Be the main contact person with clients: Manage the end-to-end client experience, from onboarding and training to continuous support and issue resolution
• Design, plan and coordinate all activities required to complete mandates
• Ensure that the budget, schedule, scope and quality of digital projects under their responsibility are respected

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of video formats and compressions
• Good knowledge of the Adobe CS suite, notably Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects and Premiere is an asset)
• Bilingual proficiency with fluency in English and a strong working knowledge of French (both written and spoken)
• Experience in producing content for digital signage and/or interactive kiosks is an asset
• Training or knowledge in multimedia, video editing or motion design
• Knowledge of programming languages is a plus: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, PHP
