  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded, representing their best interests regarding contractual and technical issues.
  • Select, organize, and influence multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Lead client and project meetings, managing multiple stakeholders and communication streams.
  • Maintain contact with existing and prospective clients, supporting business development and sales opportunities with the help of Business Development Managers, Principals, or Vice Presidents.
  • Provide regular project status reports through schedule updates, meeting minutes, financial records, and other reports.
  • Oversee change management processes, payment certificates, and other administrative documents related to contracts or projects.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling (MS Project), Word, and Excel.

At Colliers Project Leaders, we believe that not having every qualification should not deter you from applying. We value diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplaces and encourage candidates who are excited about this role to apply, even if they do not meet every requirement.
