A national non-profit organization is seeking a Program Officer to drive initiatives addressing child hunger and strengthen services in communities across Canada. Responsibilities include managing programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective solutions. The ideal candidate has a background in non-profit programs, project management expertise, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time remote position requiring occasional travel within Canada.

Join a team that is driving impact across Canada’s food bank network as a Program Officer, Network Services. In this role, you will take the lead on national initiatives that address child hunger, expand access to essential supports, and strengthen the services available to communities. You will manage programs such as After the Bell, the Tax Clinic initiative, and the Customer Experience Hotline, while also supporting the rollout of client intake systems and contributing to the success of our biannual national conference. This is a hands-on role where relationship building, program delivery, and problem-solving come together to make tangible change. Ideal candidates bring strong project management skills, a collaborative approach, and a deep commitment to tackling hunger and poverty in Canada.
