Reporting to the Director of RGM & Customer Finance, the Program Manager, Revenue Growth Strategy & Management (RGM) – West will play a key role in supporting our team’s efforts to drive thoughtful, sustainable revenue growth. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to develop user-friendly analytical tools and deliver timely, insight-driven analysis. These contributions will empower the business to make informed, strategic decisions that foster long-term customer relationships and encourage profitable, sustainable revenue growth.
With a focus on partnership and impact, the Program Manager will help guide the Trade Board process and assess the value of new and renewing contracts. This work is instrumental in building strategies that highlight opportunities for customer growth and ensure risk mitigation.
