Production Supervisor, Bathurst, New Brunswick

When you join our team as a Production Supervisor, you will have a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take charge of the day‑to‑day operations of the sawmill, yard and kilns, keeping production running safely and efficiently. You’ll work side by side with crews and other departments to keep lumber moving, solve problems quickly, and hit production targets. If you take pride in running a tight operation, leading from the floor, and seeing the results of your team’s hard work every day, this is a great opportunity to step up and make a real impact.

What You'll Do
  • Lead safe operations by setting the example and ensuring all safety policies, procedures and regulations are consistently followed
  • Drive production performance by improving productivity, reducing costs and maximizing lumber recovery and overall output
  • Ensure product quality by meeting manufacturing standards, product specifications and customer expectations throughout the process
  • Supervise and support the team by engaging production and maintenance employees, addressing performance gaps and fostering open, respectful communication
What You Offer

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team enviornment
