  • Transform rough ideas into a project plan with actionable items, adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Prioritize, provide guidance, and facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback, incorporate it into product iterations to drive success.
  • Contribute to specification creation and actively participate in quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, knowledge base, and customer success teams for successful product launches.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years in a Product Management role within an Agile environment. Knowledge or experience with Shape Up is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a taste for delivering exceptional experiences. Ability to understand customers, their businesses, and their needs.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to participate in technical discussions and create the best outcome for the product.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of planning, prioritizing, and tracking all aspects of a solution throughout development and quality assurance stages.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive attitude. Willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Adaptable and a genuine passion for continuous learning. Eagerness to embrace feedback, constantly improve skills, and product knowledge.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
