Overview

Join a dynamic team at the heart of product management!

As a Product Management Administration Technician, you will be a key player in the management and optimization of product and sourcing information from specialized divisions such as Cadel or Master Sourcing. You will ensure that data is properly integrated into our systems, guaranteeing reliability and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and process article creation requests from specialized divisions (Cadel, Master Sourcing, etc.) and set resale prices according to the pricing strategy.
  • Analyze, update, and ensure the quality of product statuses, attributes, and information to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  • Configure, manage, and accurately integrate supply sources and product templates into our systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (market managers, data integrity, pricing, operations) to ensure data consistency, relevance, and optimization.
  • Support the integration of new divisions and participate in cross-functional projects to modernize and improve processes.
  • Quickly detect and report any issues related to item setup or management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, data management, or data processing.
  • Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Access is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken; you will regularly work with internal clients across Canada.
