Reporting to the Produce Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Unload freight and ensure produce is properly stored and displayed.
• Prepare products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records.
• Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department.
• Procure, receive, and display product with a focus on well-organized, visually appealing presentation.
• Follow all Food Safe and Health and Safety regulations and practices.
• Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
