Overview

Reporting into the Director, Procurement Systems & Process, the Procurement Systems & Process Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Coupa platform as part of Ledcor’s transition and subsequent sustainment of a new sourcing and procurement solution.

In this role you will act as a liaison between the end users, the procurement team and the Coupa platform, while also acting as a functional system advisor. You will solve issues with the platform and integrations, support supplier onboarding and catalog setup, maintain data integrity, and execute improvement ideas through analytics, while also supporting system enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain Coupa sourcing, contracting, procurement, supplier management, and payment modules, including user roles, permissions, and workflows
  • Resolve complex Coupa system problems in coordination with vendors and internal IT teams
  • Investigate and monitor invoice exceptions to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution
  • Track system and integration performance, collaborating with IT teams to address issues promptly
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of procurement master data within Coupa and provide insights into supplier performance and trends
  • Assist in training power users and end users; develop and maintain process documentation using best practices
  • Oversee supplier onboarding, support catalog setup and maintenance, and provide ongoing supplier guidance
  • Design dashboards and reports to support procurement decisions, cost savings, and operational improvements
  • Coordinate system upgrades, test and deploy new features, and communicate changes to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or system sustainment roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Information Systems
  • Experience in construction or similar industrial sectors preferred (4+ years)
  • Hands-on experience with eProcurement systems (such as : Coupa, Ivalua, SAP Ariba, GEP, Jaggaer, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc) and strong understanding of procurement best practices
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an asset
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners

  • This is a hybrid role involving both working from home and attending the office two days per week or as business needs require
