A leading AI solutions company is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to drive customer success through engaging with top research labs and executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with mastery in AI/ML frameworks. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility, and includes participation in an Employee Stock Option Plan and 20 paid service-free days per year.
As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will be engaging with top research labs in the world, helping them maximize the value of our platform.
You will lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for potential high-value customers, conduct technical demos, and provide advanced troubleshooting, helping drive product adoption and identifying upsell opportunities. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role focused on driving customer success through expert technical support and collaboration.
