JOB TITLE: Principal Enterprise Architect

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Architect to drive impactful transformation for the IT Organization. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of their systems and processes as they scale. We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in building and designing systems at scale that serve the enterprise’s needs.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading multiple complex workstreams and overseeing the technical delivery of solutions. You will be instrumental in transforming systems and processes to align with their evolving business and operational needs. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and identifying key gaps in our system capabilities while evangelizing possible solutions compatible with our systems landscape.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who is self-motivated, thrives in environments requiring a high degree of autonomy, and is driven by the opportunity to shape high-growth initiatives within a fast-paced organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with stakeholders and other members of the IT organization to analyze the existing architectural landscape.
  • Identify key areas of inefficiency and friction, building consensus on the root or critical problems to solve.
  • Design, and drive cross functional support for strategic initiatives purpose-built to transform those inefficiencies to strengths and foundationally change our operational system design.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience as an architect, with a clear track record of successfully building systems at scale.
  • Deep understanding of common business application architecture as well as engineering systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
