Position Description

The Hunter School invites applications for a Pre-Algebra teacher for seventh grade. This position is part-time, comprising four (4) hours of teaching time per week. Primary responsibilities for this position include direct instruction to students in a classroom setting. The successful candidate must hold a degree from an accredited college or university. He or she must have an affinity for teaching and whole-heartedly embrace Hunter’s Christ-centered, academically focused mission. Finally, the successful candidate must have a strong desire to grow intellectually and spiritually through a commitment to lifelong learning. Preference will be given to teachers with prior experience as classical Christian educators, but we welcome all applicants with a commitment to the principles outlined above.
