Are you passionate about project planning and driving successful outcomes? Join our team as a Senior Planner, where you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring progress is tracked, and mentoring a talented planning team. We are looking for Senior Planners to be based from our Mississauga, Saskatoon and Calgary offices.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead Project Planning: Develop and maintain the master project schedule to meet objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor planners/schedulers, ensuring they have the tools and skills to succeed.
  • Safety First: Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Schedule Development: Create and refine detailed schedules, identify critical paths, and set baselines.
  • Monitor & Report: Track progress, generate reports, and resolve scheduling issues.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor and contractor schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Change Management: Update schedules and address impacts when changes occur.
  • Progress Measurement: Calculate earned value and monitor project performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years in a managerial role + 5–8 years as a planner in multi‑discipline projects
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of project management principles
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Familiarity with estimating, tendering, and risk management
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation: $115,000 - $165,000

is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
