Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients recover and return to a pain-free life
• Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients
• Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure needs are met
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
• Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to provide comprehensive care
• Contribute to the clinic’s success through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment
• Strong clinical skills
