This is a rare opportunity for a licensed pharmacist who wants to combine professional practice with business ownership in a respected, high-traffic location with an established customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide expert pharmaceutical care in compliance with all regulations.
  • Clinical Services: Offer medication reviews, immunizations, and health consultations to support patient wellness.
  • Business Operations: Oversee daily operations, inventory control, and staff performance.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and local organizations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards and applicable laws.
  • Business Development: Identify and implement strategies to expand services, grow revenue, and enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
  • Minimum 3 years retail pharmacy experience (ownership or management experience an asset).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in partnership and equity ownership.
  • Commitment to professional ethics and exceptional patient care.
Preferred Assets
  • Experience in pharmacy ownership, partnership, or senior management.
  • Understanding of pharmacy business operations, marketing, and financial management.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy management software and inventory systems.
