A leading testing and certification firm is seeking a skilled liaison to connect clients with the laboratory in Mississauga. This role involves preparing project plans, managing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a scientific discipline, has 2–5 years of senior scientist experience, and exhibits strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge in Regulatory Affairs and pharmaceutical development is essential. The position is full-time, located on-site in Peel Region, Mississauga, Canada.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a senior scientist in a lab or PhD with 3-5 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• 1–3 years’ customer/client contact experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and the laboratory.
• Prepare and oversee responses for complex and routine quotes.
• Manage business-related complaints regarding Service Quality.
