A leading home and community health care provider in Halton Region is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate care to clients. Responsibilities include personal care and documentation of client conditions, along with adherence to safety and confidentiality practices. Employment Type: Contract - Approximately 3-Months.
Required Availability: Splits: 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - working 10 days in two weeks - may also include overnight shifts.
Work Location: Halton Region (Milton, Oakville, Georgetown)
Work Setting: Community Care
Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required) from a recognize institute or registered with the Private Career Colleges of Ontario.
All candidate certifications submitted will be validated with the issuing institution to confirm authenticity if the certification is not accredited with NACC.
