Position

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Demand Gen + Lifecycle) to join our growth marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on building and optimizing campaigns in Marketo (transitioning to Pardot), executing paid media programs, and ensuring clean, accurate lead flow into Salesforce.

You’ll work closely with teammates, agencies, and sales partners to fuel pipeline, and you’ll be a key player in building a world-class growth engine. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving problems, and wants to roll up their sleeves as part of a tight, collaborative team.

Note: Today, you’ll work hands-on in Marketo, with support from a marketing automation contractor. In the coming months, we will transition to Pardot, and you’ll play an important role in migrating programs and learning the new platform.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage Marketo programs (emails, nurtures, triggered cadences, event follow-ups) with contractor support for advanced builds.
  • Support the migration from Marketo to Pardot — learn the platform and help migrate programs when the time comes.
  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn (with agency support).
  • Manage lead list uploads, campaign tracking, and QA syncs between Marketo/Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Partner with GTM Ops on integrations and dashboards, ensuring accurate campaign inputs into Salesforce and reporting systems.
  • Contribute to Growth Marketing dashboards (Databox, weekly reports) by maintaining campaign performance data.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, nurtures, and landing pages to improve conversion.
  • Work within our Integrated Marketing Campaign (IMC) framework to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to GTM priorities, and measurable against pipeline outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the 6sense platform owner to leverage intent data and account segments for targeting.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Hands-on Marketo experience required; Pardot experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Salesforce Campaign familiarity required.
  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Experience working with agencies or contractors to deliver results.
  • Must be able to work with Eastern Time zone overlap.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
What We Value
  • Agility – you adapt quickly, test new approaches, and learn fast.
  • Collaboration – you thrive in a tight team where everyone pitches in.
  • Judgment – you know when to hold firm to process and when to flex to keep things moving.
  • Balance – you treat emergencies as the exception, but can recognize when something truly is urgent.
  • Openness – you thrive in an environment where ideas are shared freely and collaboration is the default.
  • Ownership – you take responsibility for your work from build through QA and reporting.
