Qualifications

  • More than five years of work experience in a human resources generalist role.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR management-related legislation applicable to assigned province.
  • General understanding of compensation, benefits, labor relations, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a business partner to assigned client groups.
  • Provides guidance in accordance with applicable legislation and internal policies.
  • Investigates and resolves employee relations matters.
