Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with PEGA LBA experience focused on UK & Europe. This role requires senior-level business analysis and extensive experience in insurance consulting or BA work, with hands-on capability across multiple business analysis activities.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience as PEGA LBA
- PEGA LBA certification
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities within a small-to-midsize or large organization
- Provide hands-on BA support across process modeling, requirement definition, use case definition, testing strategy and test planning
- Define process models / workflows, conduct process gap analysis, and contribute to domain data model definition
- Evaluate and implement products, and participate in product evaluation / implementation
- Collaborate with global teams on consulting, application development, or package implementation projects
- Work with business process modeling tools and testing tools as appropriate (examples: Rational Software Modeler, DOORS, Rational RequisitePro, wireframing tools, iRise, Quality Center / ALM)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of Insurance Consulting or BA experience with extensive hands-on experience in at least 3 areas: creating process models / workflows, process gap analysis, domain data model definition, product evaluation / implementation, business requirement definition, use case definition, testing strategy and test planning
- Experience in consulting or application development or package implementation projects as part of a diverse global team
