Harvard is seeking a detail-oriented, people-first Payroll & Benefits Specialist for an 18-month term to join our Human Resources team at our Head Office in Regina—where accuracy matters and so do our employees.
Harvard is a full-service real estate management company headquartered in Western Canada, recognized for its leadership, flexibility, quality, and performance. The organization manages more than 9 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties across Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, and Regina.
This role is primarily responsible for the accurate and confidential processing of payroll, benefits, and employee absence information. Key duties include entering payroll and benefit changes, administering disability and leave-of-absence records, preparing Records of Employment, Year‑End statements, and supporting all aspects of full‑cycle payroll and benefit processing.
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will also assist with disability and absence management administration, including tracking employee leaves, coordinating benefit coverage during absences, supporting return‑to‑work processes, and liaising with internal stakeholders and third‑party providers as required. This position ensures employee needs are met through timely, accurate service delivered with the highest level of confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of payroll accounting, group benefits administration, disability and leave management, group RRSP and pension plans, and other company‑sponsored benefit programs.
