Overview

Patricia Lake Bungalows is a cozy cabin resort located on Patricia Lake in Jasper National Park. We are a tight-knit, family-owned and operated property seeking a Front Desk Agent for a spring/summer season. We offer FREE staff housing.

Position details

Location: Jasper, AB

Pay: Up to $16 an hour

Job type: Temporary, Seasonal, Full-time

Start date: Mid/End- APRIL • Work term: Mid April – Mid October

Responsibilities
  • The ability to self-motivate and keep busy when at work.
  • The ability to stay composed in stressful situations.
  • The ability to multitask and ensure that any job started is completed.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform daily cash outs, and work within a reservation booking system - take and input payments.
  • Great phone etiquette and demeanor.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office Programs, emails, and general computer knowledge.
  • Would require 2-3 housekeeping shifts per week.
