Job description
Overview

Care For: 2.5-year-old toddler and newborn (due October)

Days/Hours: 20–25 hours per week

Location: Chelsea Green

Start Date: Flexible

This is a really lovely opportunity with a kind, welcoming family in Chelsea Green. They are expecting their second baby, a little boy due in October, and are looking for a part-time nanny to support their household alongside their experienced nanny.

Their 2.5-year-old has a great routine with nursery, Purple Dragon, dance and music classes, and they would love their new nanny to help maintain this while also bringing fun, stimulating activities into daily life.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the child’s routine for the 2.5-year-old, including nursery, Purple Dragon, dance and music activities, and daily stimulating activities.
  • Provide a half-day at the weekend (typically Saturday morning) to give the parents time to run errands.
  • Attend to two weekday afternoons (for example, 12–10pm) and some additional hours planned together at the start of each month.
  • From October, support with the newborn; strong experience with both babies and toddlers is essential.
  • Work collaboratively with the family’s existing nanny, as well as a housekeeper and gardener, in a warm, respectful household.

We placed a nanny with them previously who stayed with them for two years and continues to work for them, which speaks volumes about the family.

Please note, due to the high volume of applicants only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
