A leading technology services firm in Toronto seeks a seasoned professional for Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of IT experience, including 5 years administering PAM tools like CyberArk. Responsibilities include providing advisory services and managing privileged accounts. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a relevant bachelor's degree. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and contracts for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Work arrangement: (Hybrid) 2 days in office – Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Contract Duration: 6 months
Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE? – Yes / possible
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday – No overtime
The Privilege Access Management (PAM) team within the Global Identity and Access Management group is responsible for identifying and controlling access to privileged accounts across the Bank. The mandate is to ensure elevated privileges are controlled, managed and audited in accordance with the Bank’s Logical Access Management Standard.
The Information Security Advisory - PAM works in collaboration with the GTS teams and other stakeholders to define the scope of the project. Furthermore, the responsible candidate will drive and outline the guidelines related to project (ie. drafting guidelines of the management of highly privileged domain accounts, providing support and guidelines on clean-up efforts for all production in-scope domains). The successful candidate will provide PAM Advisory services to infrastructure administrators, developers, and technology partners.
This is purely a PAM Administration task.The best candidate is someone who brings the right attitude and personality, someone naturally curious, proactive, and eager to jump in, learn fast, and take ownership. Someone with analytical and problem‑solving skills is required because the candidate will be required to resolve issues and communicate with different stakeholders.
