Qualifications

• Must have active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid WHMIS certification must be completed within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care to clients in their home environment.
• Administer medications as per medical orders.
• Monitor and assess clients’ vital signs and document findings.

Skills

Active registration with CNO

Effective communication in English

Ability to report care concerns

Comfortable providing care to diverse clients

Education
