Mass General Brigham (MGB) Cooley Dickinson Hospital is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible orthopedic hand surgeon to join our dynamic and skilled team. We're particularly interested in fellowship-trained candidates, or those with a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in this field. Whether you're an experienced orthopedic surgeon or a recent graduate, we welcome your interest.

What You'll Do

  • Join a well-established orthopedic team that excels in Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery. Plus, we have a non-surgical sports medicine Physiatrist on-site for holistic care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), in our newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility.
  • Share in a general orthopedic call schedule, currently at 1:5, contributing to a collaborative on-call system.
  • Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
