Job Description
  • Manage and maintain Oracle HCM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Configure system modules and workflows to meet business requirements effectively.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing system issues and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Develop and document system processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance system adoption and usage.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects to integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems
