Kings Cleaners Inc specializes in delivering top-tier commercial cleaning services for businesses in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph & Surrounding Cities. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Operations & Service Supervisor to oversee and participate in service calls while leading and supporting our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and attend service calls, including stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, power washing, concrete cleaning, high dusting, and other specialty services.
• Lead and direct teams during service calls at client sites
• Organize warehouse, tools, and supplies.
• Deliver equipment for repairs and order/pick up supplies as needed.
• Clean and service work fleet vehicles when necessary.
• Train staff on-site and support team development.
• Carpool with team to service calls when required.
• Drive extended cargo vans with a trailer attached when needed
• Perform specialty cleaning jobs: Floor stripping & waxing, floor buffing, high window cleaning, grout cleaning, carpet cleaning etc.
• Perform deep cleaning for new clients when accounts are acquired
• Float to different work sites as needed.
• Respond to emergency or last-minute service calls; flexibility and willingness to be on call is required.
• Send biweekly payroll and work hours for staff pay.

Qualifications & Skills

• Clean driving record and full G license required
• Cleaning experience preferred
• Very detailed cleaner with attention to detail
• Able to manage a cleaning crew and direct jobs
• Scissor lift/Boomer license is an asset (training/licensing provided if not yet acquired).
• Experience driving extended cargo vans with a trailer attached.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Team player with ability to lead when necessary.
• Willingness to learn and grow in different areas.
• Flexible and adaptable to schedule changes and client needs.
