Job description

Overview

The Operations Manager (OM) gives operational oversight and leadership to all resources of South Abbotsford Church (financial, infrastructure and human resources) to support an effective mission and vision of the church. The OM reports to the Co-Lead Pastor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all administrative personnel to assure a smooth-running church office and operation.
• Interact with church members as they connect with the church office.
• Oversee the assignment of all administrative support duties at the church.
• Engage in hands-on administrative duties in addition to oversight and management.
• Work with the entire staff team to build an effective administrative structure that supports the short and long-term vision of the church.
• Help lead projects to increase administrative efficiencies.
