Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of client-facing HR business partner experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years managing work deliverables within an HR team.
  • Professional HR designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to HR business partner for multiple clients.
  • Analyze clients' HR programs and design HR roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law in jurisdictions.
  • Develop and apply HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues as they arise.
