Responsibilities

  • Works closely with HRBP on executing HR strategy focused on employee engagement.
  • Responsible for providing HR support to location leadership on day-to-day issues.
  • Utilize analytics to influence decisions that drive organizational processes.
  • Support Labor Relations team in successful union negotiations.
