A leading global engineering company seeks an Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist to join its hybrid team. This role involves managing the Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting operational excellence across North America. Become a vital part of our global team, responsible for integrating our management system into business processes and culture and communicating Health and Safety programs, policies, and processes to ensure high safety levels across all company offices and site locations in North America. You will manage the Environmental Management System for both Canadian and US operations, supporting continuous improvement in environmental performance. You will provide local support to the Business Line Process & Quality Director and serve as a role model for Process & Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and environmental best practices. This role contributes to safety and environmental initiatives that protect our people, reinforce regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence.

Base compensation: $92,800 to $116,000 for North Vancouver; $90,400 to $113,000 for Oakland and New York. Actual compensation varies by education, experience, skill set, and location.
