As the Office Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day operations. You’ll work closely with your teams to build an engaging, patient‑first culture while ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
Your leadership will inspire high performance, smooth clinic flow, and a positive team environment—all while helping deliver life‑changing orthodontic care.
Drive day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling, people management, and inventory.
Lead and support a team of passionate professionals to achieve operational and patient care excellence.
Promote a culture of engagement, collaboration, and accountability.
Align team priorities with business targets and growth strategies.
Ensure effective team and patient scheduling for an exceptional experience.
Guide team members in achieving clinic goals through motivation, coaching, and feedback.
Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and internal clinic procedures.
3+ years of management experience in healthcare, retail, or multi‑site environments.
Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Highly organized with an ability to juggle priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Post‑secondary education in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is an asset.
