About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong admin experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Marketing and website management experience are considered strong assets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, email organization, and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with project management and day-to-day operations
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns (as needed)
  • Manage website updates and assist with online presence
  • Prepare reports, track deadlines, and maintain organized records
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Marketing and/or website management experience is a plus
