Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional able to work effectively with rehab assistants and a high-performance interdisciplinary team.
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Positive work and attendance record.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach with remote work and client engagements in acute/rehab or community-based settings.
