Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta.
• Current BCLS-HCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver orientation programs for new staff.
• Develop and evaluate continuing education initiatives.
• Provide clinical support and mentorship.
