  • Coordinate and communicate changes across departments.
  • Conduct regular data audits and integrity checks.
  • Support Society processes such as Bar Calls, Annual Reports, Suspensions, Elections, and Committee updates.
  • Respond to member and staff inquiries, providing guidance and routing requests as needed.
  • Assist with planning and implementing new data-driven initiatives.
What we are looking for
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in membership data systems, information management, or database administration.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Communications, Marketing) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong member service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of database principles and information management practices.
  • Experience with SQL scripting, report writing, and database maintenance.
  • Effective project planning and evaluation skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
What’s in it for you
  • A meaningful opportunity to contribute to a professional community that upholds justice and public interest.
  • A supportive team culture and professional development opportunities.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package, including opportunities to work in a hybrid work environment.
