A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Back Office Wealth Transfers Associate to join their corporate office in Toronto. The position requires processing fund transfers between financial institutions and ensuring compliance with regulations. Our client, one of Canada’s top five banks, is currently hiring Back Office Wealth Transfers Associates to support their corporate office in downtown Toronto.
• Hybrid role – in‑office in downtown Toronto 4 times a week (no exceptions).
The role reports directly to the Team Manager of Transfers Out and is responsible for processing the movement of funds between financial institutions. The Associate handles registered accounts such as RRSPs, RESPs, TFSAs and other retail investment accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client transfer requests.
Contract to hire position based out of Toronto, ON.
Pay range: $22.00‑$22.00/hr.
Hybrid position in Toronto, ON.
