Our client is hiring Back Office Wealth Transfers Associates

Our client, one of Canada’s top five banks, is currently hiring Back Office Wealth Transfers Associates to support their corporate office in downtown Toronto.

• Hybrid role – in‑office in downtown Toronto 4 times a week (no exceptions).

About the Role

The role reports directly to the Team Manager of Transfers Out and is responsible for processing the movement of funds between financial institutions. The Associate handles registered accounts such as RRSPs, RESPs, TFSAs and other retail investment accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client transfer requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process 30–40 transfer requests per day (volume may vary).
  • Perform data entry and data processing with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Work from a queue of transfer requests assigned by the Team Lead.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external financial institutions as needed.
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
  • Basic knowledge of investment products/procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros, VBA, pivot tables).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Previous bank teller experience.
  • CSC certification (in progress or obtained).
  • Previous back‑office financial services experience.
