A Day in the Life
  • Process and organize a high volume of reports.
  • Review and communicate with appropriate branch personnel regarding information required to compile customer reports, invoicing, and quotes.
  • Produce detailed written reports on our findings and recommendations and forward to customers.
  • Maintain and update customer database for each local branch.
  • Use of web-based technology to obtain our field service technicians’ data.
  • Respond to local branch inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Work closely with local branch personnel and departments to satisfy customer requirements.
  • When required, follow up on outstanding quotations with customers via telephone and emails.
  • Provide operational support to the local branches as it pertains to your role.
  • Other administrative duties as required by the team.
