A leading insurance provider in Ontario is looking for National Property Claims Adjusters to join their Customer Response – Property team. This hybrid role entails investigating and negotiating property claims while providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates possess 1-3 years of insurance experience, solid organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. We offer a comprehensive training program so if you don't have a background in insurance but have strong customer service experience we will train you!
Aviva recognizes the importance of being flexible and the benefits of being together, this role will be hybrid – the best of both worlds.
Must be able to work rotating shifts during the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, and have flexibility to work some Saturdays only if needed.
You will be responsible for claim settlement via telephone with a key focus on quality and customer service. The successful candidate will work with premiere property vendors to quantify the claim and apply cost saving guidelines in the quantification of loss and expense without compromising the delivery of superior customer service.
