• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (food industry preferred).
• Proven ability to lead teams, including training, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Proven track record managing national or multi-location logistics networks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across CDC’s national warehouse network.
• Manage redistribution and consolidation activities for multiple food manufacturers.
• Ensure adherence to CFIA federal standards for international and inter-provincial trade.
