Job summary

A leading insurance provider is seeking a National Account Coordinator for Insurer Management Services. This remote role involves providing administrative support to Adjusters and clients while ensuring exceptional service quality. Candidates should possess relevant education, customer service experience, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingualism is preferred. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma preferred or equivalent business experience.
  • Bilingual in both French and English is an asset.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a customer service/support role required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Adjusters and external client service groups.
  • Triaging new claims with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage vendor submissions on behalf of Adjusters using XactAnalysis.
