Overview

Hello! I\'m a single mom and a midwife with an energetic, outdoors-loving little boy who\u2019s about to turn 3. He\u2019s in full-time daycare (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 5:30 PM) until he starts school in September 2026.

Role

I\u2019m looking for someone reliable and caring to help care for my son every other week the weeks I\u2019m on call for work. I can be called at any time, day or night when on call so flexibility is key.

Responsibilities

• Care for my son every other week during on-call periods.
• Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment during on-call weeks.

Compensation

• $400 base rate per month (for the two on-call weeks)
• $20 / hour for any actual time spent caring for my son
• This works out to a steady base plus additional income depending on call-ins.
